By defeating his opponent William Diender on October 9th 2010 at the capital city Assen, Holland, Davit Kiria showed that he is ready for the “BIG” world in K1 Kickboxing.

Diender, a well experienced fighter who had many of his fights in Japan, was beaten in a strong and clear fight which Kiria dominated in 5 rounds. The Georgian fighter prepares for his fights in Karate and Kickboxing at the Dutch Golden Glory Gym in Zuidlaren under supervision of Dave Jonkers Shihan.

By winning this match, Kiria will be one of fighters of the new generation in K1 MAX which is the highest division in kickboxing under 70 kg weight category. We wish him best of luck for his future endeavours in budo & MMA.
